Cancel a subscription

You can submit a cancellation declaration here without signing in. Specify your contract and the date you want it to end. After submission, save the confirmation, which includes your declaration and the time it was received.

For a verified purchaser, we can stop renewal when the requested termination falls within a confirmed paid period. Other requests are recorded for review. Your confirmation states the effective date when it can be established, whether renewal has stopped, and whether a refund needs processing. A calculated refund is not confirmation that it has been paid.

Canceling a subscription does not erase child profiles, saved work or separately purchased PDF licences.
